At 00SS our jewelleries are diligently designed and tested to ensure of the best synergies, with an aim to provide a perfect finishing touch for the wearer. Every piece of our jewellery is handcrafted and carefully examined to assure only the highest quality products are made available for you.

The “K” in 18K gold is “Karat”, which refers to the purity level of the gold product. The highest karat is 24k, while 18k gold means 18 out of 24 portions is pure gold, and 6 parts of other metals. In other words, 18k gold is 75% pure gold. The chemical property of pure gold is very stable, and it is strong against erosion and oxidation.

All our jewellery pieces are 18K Gold. Each item is stamped with a Au750 or 18K to indicate that they are 18K Gold and where possible they have been hallmarked.

Chemicals in make-up, hair spray, scent and moisturisers can also affect the beauty and shine of your jewellery, so apply these before wearing your jewellery.
Remove jewellery before swimming as easy to lose and also the chemicals (especially chlorine) can affect the longevity of the gold plate or encourage silver to tarnish.
Avoid any scratches to your jewellery by removing it when doing the cleaning, playing sport or other strenuous activities.
Take care of your unworn items by storing them in separate containers to avoid tangling and scratching.

To best maintain the colour and coating of your Diamond jewellery, you may clean it regularly by soaking the product in warm water with neutral pH. Gently wash the product with soap and a soft brush.
Please avoid applying this method on jewellery products with gems however as these products are more delicate in nature. You could bring it to our 00SS store or other authorised sellers for proper cleaning service.
